If you have not utilized your local library, definitely do so! It is a cheaper, more affordable way to enjoy books and cycle through a variety of stories.

I get a lot of my book inspirations here, so check her website out if you are wanting more! This week we grabbed a different variety of books that have not only held the attention of my 2 and 3 year old but they have been re-read over and over.

I like switching back and forth between the best board book for toddlers, and then onto shorter soft cover stories even if I paraphrase a little to keep their attention.

Reading through treasuries is also a simple way to get through an entire author of books in one place. To see some really good picture book treasury ideas click here.

Simple Read Alouds are also so fun to do with kids as they are growing and creating a love for learning. We like to make them fun and enjoyable with a special snack or treat and a new toy from the library.

If you have friends or family members who can join your re-aloud it makes the process even more special.

Creating lifelong learners can happen through a love of books!

I love sharing what books we are loving each week as the seasons change, so keep an eye out for many more posts just like this one!

Are you into listening to audiobooks? I have been loving the Libby App. You can download free library books and listen. All you need is a library card!
