Get out your primary ingredient: the avocados! Once you have them out, cut them in half and take out the single seed. Once the seed is removed, you can scoop the avocado half by half into your bowl.
Once the avocados are in the bowl add in your lime juice. Then add in a few drops of green tabasco. I get out a potato masher to mash up the avocados, lime juice, and tabasco.
Once creamy, dump in your Pico de Gallo. I make a nice pico if you want that recipe. Also, add in about 1-2 tsp. of Thyme and 1 tsp. of olive oil.
I always add my salt in last to taste. Mix it all up together and the final product is delicious homemade guacamole that will leave you wanting more!
Serve it up with some tortilla chips, pita chips, pretzel thins, or even Nut Thins (my favorite). You can also add it on top of soups, enchiladas, or even taco salad.
